Aircraft Management Services

Aircraft management is freqently misunderstood by aircraft owners. It is often thought that hiring a pilot who is qualified to operate the aircraft and handle the day to day requirements for an aircraft is sufficient aircraft management. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. Your aircraft is a valuable asset that must be operated and maintained to professional standards by professionals to insure safety, efficiency, and a return on the dollars you have invested. Few line pilots are trained and experienced in all aspects of aviation operations, management and reporting. The Federal Aviation Administration requires Air Carriers and Air Taxi/Charter Operators to have qualified management personnel in flight operations and maintenance mangement. Why would you want less for the aircraft that you own? We can provide that service for you at the highest level of professional standards and safety. Please take a few minutes to look over this web page.

We can provide you with assistance in purchasing a quality previously owned aircraft or coordinate your new aircraft purchase from the aircraft manufacturer. We will provide you with the day to day operational experience necessary for aircraft scheduling, flight crews, and maintenance scheduling and performance.

  • Dependability - It is easy to sell an aircraft to a new owner, but it takes tremendous integrity and serious commitment to provide an ongoing daily service. We provide you with the peace of mind that your aircraft is being maintained and operated in a safe and professional manner.

Capabilities

Flight Crews - It is always a challenge to find qualified flight crews that meets the standards required for today's corporate aviation structure. We understand this challenge and handle it for you. Our flight crews will receive formal annual or semi annual training as required by the type of aircraft. We will provide you with flight crews that are not only fully qualified in the aircraft but also understand corporate flight operations and procedures. We will advise you on the required number of pilots for your particular aircraft and recommend additional flight crew members when the situation requires.

Maintenance Management - One of the most important functions of any aircraft management company is to insure that all required inspections and checks are accomplished at the correct intervals. We create a custom aircraft spreadsheet for your aircraft to track all maintenance inspections and checks, ensuring your aircraft is serviced at the proper intervals. It is important that these tasks are accomplished by highly qualified personnel.

Unlike some management companies who have large in-house maintenance shops, we do not. This avoids a conflict of interest in maintenance issues. We believe in-house personnel should accomplish the daily routine inspections but major work should be accomplished at a factory authorized service center. Therefore, we will schedule your aircraft for maintenance when required at a service centers nearest to your aircraft base. We will oversee the maintenance accomplished and insure that all work is required and necessary. We will insure that all warranty claims are submitted to the manufacturer when applicable. We will conduct all maintenance flight checks to insure the maintenance work was accomplished properly and the aircraft is fit for return to service.

FAR Part 135 Operations - If you desire we will place your aircraft on an FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. We do not maintain a FAR Part 135 Certificate. However, if you desire we will make arrangement with an Air Carrier  for your aircraft to be available for charter flights. We will neociate all aspects of the charter agreement for you. We will provide you with maintenance and operational cost projections for annual budgeting when desired.

Flight Scheduling - We will work with your or your appointed scheduling person to make sure that the aircraft is ready for flight at the requested time. We will insure that any catering request are filled and that you are given advance notice is weather may cause delays or cancellation of your flights. We can provide you with trip itineraries. If your desire we can even arrange ground transpiration for you at the departure of destination airport or landing site. For helicopter operations landing permissions are sometimes required for off airport locations and we will work on your behalf to obtain these when required.

Consulting - Occasionally you may need help with a new aircraft or planning a new operation. We will provide you with consulting services. We will assist you in such area of expertise as reorganization of flight and/or maintenance departments, establishing flight and/or maintenance departments, finding suitable landing sites and establishing heliports and/or helistops. We can also evaluate your training program and coordinate with outside training facilities such as Flight Safety International or other contract providers.
