All-Star Aviation Services, (All-Star Helicopters, Inc.) was founded by Clarence J. Lott in 1986. All-Star Helicopters, Inc. was originally founded as a Helicopter Management and Charter Company. However, over the years we have found that our experience and diverse expertise has led us into the Jet Aircraft Management business.
Clarence Lott is a Viet Nam Veteran who received the Distinguished Flying Cross and 35 Air Medals among other awards. He now has over forty years of aircraft experience, holds an Airline Transport Rating in both Turbojet Aircraft and Helicopters. With over 27,000 hours of flight time, he holds an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License with an Inspection Authorization.
